It’s also a perfect refresher course if you’re on your second (or third, or fourth, ect…) baby.

And the best part… your class fee includes a postpartum office visit with Desiree, Certified Lactation Counselor and Postpartum Doula.  So not only will the class prepare you for life with your baby, but you’ll continue to receive guidance and support after birth.

*Breastfeeding Basics

*Breastfeeding Troubleshooting

*What to expect emotionally and physically during the first 6 weeks postpartum for the whole family, and how to cope

*Baby wearing education and practice

*Creating a personalized postpartum plan

*Resources Galore!

*Class fee includes pregnant person and partner*

Cost is $150 per couple for a group class. (If class doesn’t meet the three couple minimum, private class options starting at $200 will be offered)
