Two Balanced Mama favorites, in one weekend!
Saturday: 10am- 4pm: BirthingTime Basics
All the information from our childbirth class series in one session! Lots of time for movement, questions, and practicing for labor and delivery.
Sunday: 10am- 4pm: Balanced Baby
Breastfeeding, baby feeding, babywearing, postpartum recovery... and more! We include plenty of hands on practice, discussion, and, of course, resources galore.
Both days will include morning coffee, light snacks throughout the day, and printed information & resources to take home. The days will also include breaks for lunch, with lots of options available within walking distance!
